Each EVERGREEN THERAPUP puppy will be sold with a 1-year health guarantee and spay/neuter agreement. Please note: EVERGREEN THERAPUPS reserves the right to cancel contract and/or refuse or refund deposit/reservation for any reason up until the date of sale. We strive to ensure the safety of each pup the best we can.

The afore mentioned puppy is sold as a pet/companion or therapy dog and not as breed stock. Documentaion is to be sent to Evergreen therapups of spay/nueter done by the age of 9 months old. If it is discovered to be used as breed stock, a fine of $2000 will be owed to Evergreen Therapups .__________________$ puppy price____________$ total due for puppy
A deposit of $200 is hereby made and the cash balance is due to seller before this dog is placed into the buyer's possession. The buyer understands that once the deposit is made, it is a commitment to buy the puppy described above and therefore is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Seller accepts PAYPAL, CASH, or PERSONAL CHECKS for the DEPOSIT ONLY and only if there is 2 weeks for the check to clear before puppy is picked up. All other payments should be sent to the seller in form of PAYPAL or CASH on day of pick up or prior to pick up of puppy. A 3% fee is added for deposits or payments completed via paypal.

Proper diet is paramount for the health and longevity of your new companion. Your puppy has been eating Diamond Naturals small Breed Puppy Formula. We recommend you continue feeding this brand, should you decide to change brands, the new brand should be slowly mixed in with their regular diet over the period of about a week. This will help prevent upset stomach, loose stools, vomiting or refusal to eat. Your puppy, will come with his or her Health record containing a list the vaccinations and deworming that have been done to date. They will have had their (DA2P) at around 6 weeks of age. Deworming schedule is as follows 4, 6, & 8 weeks then monthly or as your vet recommends All puppies are vet checked at Willow Animal Hospital and screened for congenital and potential health concerns. I, the seller, confirm your puppy has had proper care to date and is healthy when leaving our home. Bring a copy of your puppies health records to his or her initial appointment with your veterinarian and continue his or her vaccination schedule as deemed necessary by vet. If any signs of illness or health concerns present, you must take your puppy to a certified and licensed veterinarian for examination. Proof of findings must be emailed from your vet to kim@evergreentherapups.com within 48 hours to be covered under this health guarantee. In the event of a qualifying defect, the seller will provide a replacement puppy of equal or greater value. (no refund of money) EvergreenTheraPup’s health guarantee is good for 1 year from date of birth and is limited to genetic hereditary defects that result in death or renders the dog unsuitable as a pet, such as: defects of the heart, liver, kidneys and lungs. The health guarantee does not cover problems with eyesight, hearing or skin conditions, joints issues, illness from communicable diseases such as Parvo, Coccidia, Giardia, Distemper, Rabies, ect. This guarantee is for life threatening illnesses resulting from a genetic defect only. Be extra careful where you take your pup until fully immunized against these types of diseases. Puppies do not have fully formed immune systems, and will not receive all their suggested immunizations before 12-16 weeks of age, Due to your puppy's immature immune system at time of transfer of ownership, I cannot warranty against, hypoglycemia, retained puppy teeth, ear mites, external/internal parasites, viral or bacterial infections that may occur after the puppy is brought into its new environment. There is no refund for a misbehaving puppy. I believe with proper training or in some cases a professional trainer all issues can be resolved. You as the buyer agree to ensure your puppy's good health and to keep our guarantee in effect by taking proper care of the puppy and providing nutritionally adequate food, housing and good medical care. As a responsible puppy owner, you must provide your puppy with routine preventative care and all immunizations, heartworm preventatives and annual physical examination by a licensed be veterinarian
